This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between a buyer (“Buyer”) and Design Me Shopify (“Seller”). It outlines the terms and conditions relating to purchasing goods or services from Design Me Shopify; by making their purchase, they agree to be bound by these conditions.

Goods or Services Provided

Design Me Shopify agrees to sell goods or services as detailed on an order or invoice from Buyer, including but not limited to custom Shopify store design services, development services or any other product/service offered by Design Me Shopify. The Buyer agrees to pay all applicable costs associated with purchasing such goods or services from Design Me Shopify as detailed within that invoice or order form.

Purchase Price and Payment Terms

Design Me Shopify will issue an order or invoice detailing payment terms including any applicable taxes or fees; payment must be completed prior to shipment/initiation of goods/services being provided or rendered.

Delivery and Transfer

Design Me Shopify will complete delivery for custom Shopify store design or development services by handing ownership over to the Buyer upon completion, while any other goods or services ordered or invoiced will arrive as specified on order or invoice. When accepting ownership is transferred upon delivery. Design Me Shopify cannot be held liable for damages that occur after this transfer has taken place.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Design Me Shopify’s refund policy details how refunds or cancellations may apply, with certain goods/services such as custom design work and completed store transfers not qualifying for refund once services have begun or ownership transferred. The Buyer acknowledges this possibility when placing orders with Design Me Shopify.

Intellectual Property Right

Design Me Shopify holds all intellectual property rights associated with its goods or services provided, such as designs, code, graphics or any other proprietary materials. Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute or use such intellectual property without first seeking written approval from Design Me Shopify.

Limitation of Liability

Design Me Shopify cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages that result from or are in any way connected with purchasing or using its goods and services, including but not limited to lost profits, data or business opportunities.

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Design Me Shopify operates, with any disputes that arise out of or relate to this Agreement being subject to exclusive court jurisdiction in said location.

By purchasing from Design Me Shopify, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this Purchase Agreement.
