Refund Policy

Design Me Shopify strives to deliver superior services and products for our clients; however, due to the nature of our business and customized nature of services provided, please note that due to this, there may be limited refund policies in effect as described below:

Pre-Designed Shopify Stores

Once full ownership of a pre-designed Shopify store has been transferred to its client, no refund will be given. Therefore, clients should carefully assess its details, features and functionalities prior to making a decision about purchasing it.

Custom Store Design

Once our team starts designing a customized Shopify store for a client, no refund will be provided as we invest significant effort and time understanding their specific requirements and initiating the design process.

Under certain conditions, refund requests may be appropriate. When this occurs, we will review each individual application with care before considering giving back any money that has already been spent; should there be exceptional circumstances preventing us from providing services as agreed or issues that we are responsible for that cannot be solved, then refunds could be granted at our sole discretion.

Note that any request for a refund must be made in writing within 14 DAYS after purchase and will depend on factors like project progress, expenses incurred and nature of request.
